This policy explains how ChairMint handles personal information when you visit chairmint.in, purchase the ChairMint digital product or contact customer support.

Information collected

• Order information: your name, email address, order or payment reference, purchased product, amount, currency and order status received from Dodo Payments.
• Support information: the details, screenshots and attachments you voluntarily send when asking for help.
• Product-assistant information: a free-form question you choose to send through the ChairMint chat assistant. Suggested instant answers are handled on your device and do not call the AI service.
• Technical information: hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser, device, timestamps and request logs needed to deliver and protect the website.

ChairMint does not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or payment-account password. Payment details are collected and processed through Dodo Payments and its payment partners.

How we use information

• Confirm orders, deliver the product and restore legitimate download access.
• Answer support, licence, technical and billing enquiries.
• Maintain purchase and one-brand licence records.
• Secure the website and prevent fraud, misuse and unauthorised distribution.

Providers and sharing

ChairMint does not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared only when necessary with providers that host and secure the website, process and deliver purchases, provide communications, prevent fraud, or comply with a lawful request.

Dodo Payments acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record for checkout. Dodo may process identity, billing, location, payment and transaction information for payment processing, tax, fraud prevention, receipts, refunds and digital delivery. OpenAI processes free-form product questions only when the live AI answer is used. ChairMint sends the current question, a fixed product-information guide and a pseudonymous rate-limiting identifier—not your checkout details or earlier chat history. Do not enter payment credentials, passwords, health information or other sensitive information in the assistant.

Cookies and similar technology

ChairMint does not currently use its own account, behavioural-advertising or profiling system on this website. The product assistant uses local browser storage to enforce a small daily AI-question allowance on your device. Hosting, security and checkout providers may use essential storage, logs or similar technologies needed to operate their services. A future analytics or advertising feature will be reflected in this policy and, where required, presented with an appropriate choice.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, licensing, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask ChairMint to provide access to, correct, update or erase personal information held directly by ChairMint by emailing support@chairmint.in. We may need to verify your identity. Some transaction or compliance records may be retained where necessary for a lawful purpose or legal obligation.

Children

ChairMint is intended for business owners and working professionals, not children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the website.
