Terms of Use

These terms apply when you access chairmint.in or purchase and use the Salon Booking Content System. By purchasing the product, you agree to these terms and the buyer terms presented by Dodo Payments at checkout.

The product

The product is a downloadable content and marketing toolkit. It is not salon-management software, professional advertising management, legal advice or a guarantee of bookings, revenue or advertising performance.

Licence

Your purchase grants one person or team a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to customise and use the files for one salon brand. You may publish finished social posts and marketing materials for that licensed brand.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or upload the editable source files to a public library, marketplace, client portal or template platform. Agencies and multi-brand operators require separate written permission or a licence for each brand.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for replacing sample names, photographs, prices, claims and service information before publishing. You must have permission to use any images, testimonials, music, trademarks or customer information you add.

Payments and delivery

Dodo Payments acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record. Dodo handles checkout, applicable transaction taxes, receipts and payment-related processing. Digital access is issued after successful payment. Pricing and availability may change for future purchases without affecting an already completed order.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the files usable and the guidance accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted website or third-party-platform availability. Canva, Meta, WhatsApp and Dodo Payments are independent services and may change their features or rules.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, ChairMint is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, advertising spend or business decisions based on the toolkit. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
